Our commitment to diversity stems from a recognition that our strength lies not only in our similarities, but also in our differences. As noted by the United States Supreme Court in Grutter v. Bollinger (2003), diversity enhances the quality of legal education and the development of leaders in the law.
In order to enrich the legal profession with practitioners who can provide the very best and most comprehensive legal counsel possible, our law school community comprises academicians, and former and future practitioners, from throughout the United States and countries abroad. Students of all ages, religious beliefs, and socio-economic status unite for the common goal of learning the law at a premiere professional school in the magnificent and welcoming inland northwest.
