Any member of the Idaho State Bar in good standing may become a member of the Diversity Section of the Idaho State Bar (Section).
Any law student, law professor, or judicial law clerk not admitted to the Idaho State Bar may become a non-voting member of this Section.
Non-lawyers may be proposed for membership by any section member, and if approved for membership by a majority vote of the members in attendance, may be accepted into membership without dues. Such non-lawyer section members shall be non-voting members and shall not be eligible to serve as officers of the section.
